Rule 6
The amount of the fund cannot be used for other works
(1) The amount of the fund cannot be used for other works except as written in rule 4.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the amount of the fund can be used for the expenses incurred in conducting the secretariat and meetings of the board of directors.
